the Google Nexus One will be sold by Google online directly. But that’s also the “first retail channel” and it will be sold by a carrier/s. Apparently the Wall Street Journal is running a story tomorrow saying what we just told you. And heck, we don’t charge subscription fees…

UPDATE: So, we’re hearing Best Buy should sell this as well when it launches.

Apparently, Googlers aren’t supposed to be tweeting the details of the Google Phone, but they have no problem tweeting about how awesome it is.
